When I lived in Nottm I took my mates racing pigeons down to London for him when I was visiting the folks. Let them out in my folks garden. They flew straight up and did a little circle to find their bearings and navigate and off they went back home. Pretty impressive.
Halfway down the M1 they managed to open the box and one was trying to escape in the car. Just managed to shove it back in and close box as I was doing 70. Could have been nasty.
Oh and pigeons are racist.

I spotted it on the pitch a good few mins before that bloke took it off.
Remember that African player a couple of years ago, same scenario, just booted it off the pitch. Class.

My memories of wood pigeons are them being shot by my uncle and members of his shooting club ... and the fat fucks (filled up with farmers seed) were so lardy they could hardly fly... the dogs were coming back with them and where the pellets had hit them seed was coming out of them.. fat feathered fucks

I've seen plenty of baby pigeons, the feral fuckers will nest all year round.
They loved my balcony when I lived in a flat. Got sick of the fucking mess, would end up destroying the eggs in the end
Health hazard with a young kid around.
